Meet The Team – Izzy Neville
Isabelle joined our team back at the start of 2018. She is one of the youngest members of our team and has proved herself to be completely invaluable to us.
Izzy has never ending knowledge and if there is something she doesn’t know about Premium Sales; it isn’t worth knowing!
This week, Izzy tells us why she joined us and why she is still here!
Why did you join Premium Sales?
I was in my final year of Sixth Form when I started working at Premium Sales. At this point I was unsure what path to take following school, whether I should go to University or go on to do an apprenticeship – I hadn’t a clue what career would be right for me once I had finished school. Becky offered me an apprenticeship, and I decided that this would be the best route for me to take as it would enable me to gain real life, on-the-job experience and learning all at the same time.
Tell us about your current role within Premium Sales?
From completing my apprenticeship then following on from this working towards accounting (AAT) qualifications, I have quite a diverse role. I monitor all of our customer email accounts daily and action any incoming enquiries that come in. All enquiries are different, which has resulted in me broadening my knowledge so I am able to action any new prospect or customer enquiries. I also complete a number of administrative tasks such as; completing our customers reports including the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, LinkedIn networking, lead generation, bespoke emailing and I have also started taking on accounting responsibilities.
How has your career progressed during your time with Premium Sales?
I started working for Premium Sales as soon as I completed Sixth Form. I have learned and progressed so much during this time; my career has developed as a result of this. When I first joined Premium Sales, I wasn’t even comfortable picking up the phone. I now have confidence in my ability to carry out a wide range of tasks. I began as an apprentice and carried out a range of administrative and sales tasks – I even helped to train new members of the administrative team on these jobs. Premium Sales has provided me with growth opportunities and I am now studying towards my AAT qualifications whilst gaining on-the-job experience with our accountant.
What has made you stay with Premium Sales for so long?
Premium Sales has provided me with a nurturing environment and the team have supported and taught me so many new things. It is just a lovely environment to work in, with hard-working and dedicated staff who want to achieve. The Company also has clear growth opportunities which has allowed me to begin growing my career. Our Director, Becky and the Management team always support you and help you to achieve your goals and this has helped each staff member aid their personal development by finding a role that is right for them.
How has the business changed from when you first joined til now?
After almost 3 years I working for Premium Sales, the business has gone from strength to strength. From starting in Becky’s house as a team of 8, we now have a full office of 17 staff. The Company has gained word of mouth referrals, resulting in success after success and Becky and the Management team have done an amazing job in getting the business to where it is today.
Why do you think people should outsource their sales??
Outsourcing your sales to a team like ours takes away the need for any in-house recruitment, training, payroll and the costs that come along with it. You will get a variety of approaches to maximise the results achieved.
